Your data is held securely on a PC in password protected files and on a password protected laptop. There is an external back-up hard-drive. Data is also held on on-line Banking with our Bank and access is restricted one person with PIN protection and individual ID.

Mailing-list data is held by MailChimp, some data is gathered by SurveyMonkey. Both of which are fully GDPR compliant.
